Put plates, bowls, wrappers etc, in the sink / rubbish by 10 am  
Tidy your Front room by 10 am   
Tidy your Bedroom by 10 am   
Read 1 page of the meaning of the Quran by 11:30 am  
Learn one new Quranic verse by 12 noon  
Drink 2 or more cups of water   
Morning Manners  
     
Make Wudu and Pray Zuhr  
Do 20 mins of exercise  
Have healthy lunch  
Put plates, bowls, wrappers etc, in the sink / rubbish  
Make Wudu and Pray Asr  
Eat 2 pieces of fruit during the day  
Read for 10 minutes a day (record the time)  
Drink 2 or more cups of water  
Free Time to Play nicely and Relax  J  
 Afternoon  Manners  
     
Have Dinner  
Put plates, bowls, wrappers etc, in the sink / rubbish  
Put pyjamas on alone  
Hang up Clothes  
Drink 2 or more cups of water   
Make Wudu and Pray Maghrib  
Before bed, have small snack. No later than 9 pm.  
Have no snack before bed after dinner  
Put plates, bowls, wrappers etc, in the sink / rubbish  
Brush Teeth (and no more food!)  
Make Wudu and Pray Isha  
Put away Toys, cds and dvds etc.  
Go to Toilet  
Nicely Kiss and Hug Family. No Nagging or arguing  
In bed by 10 pm - Alone (no messing around!)  
No talking. Make Duas, recite Surahs and Sleep  
 Evening Manners
