TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Call us if you have any questions as early as possible before the event.

Cancellations:
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
If you cancel up to 2 weeks before the course, full course fees will be refunded.

Cancellations within 2 weeks of the course will incur an administrative charge of 25%; or you can to transfer your registration to another date and you will be charged an administration fee of 10%.

No refunds are available within 3 work-days of the workshop, although you may (at Diversity Connects'  discretion) send a colleague to replace you. You must contact us as early as possible to confirm these arrangements.

In the unlikely event that Diversity Connect  needs to cancel or postpone any course due to insufficient registrations or other unforseen circumstances, we will refund course fees in full.

On the day: Please ensure you arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes before the advertised start time as events will start sharply on time.
